RECIPE Kids pancakes Dairy/Egg/Soy/Wheat/Gluten/Sugar* Free

125 grams Orgran Self Raising Flour:https://shop.coles.com.au/online/national/orgran-flour-self-raising-gluten-wheat-free
1 Mashed Ripe Banana OR equivalent of 2 eggs using orgran no egg, egg replacement
300 mls Rice Milk (*Lists that it contains some sugar-not sure of it’s source)
Nuttelex

1.Melt Nuttelex in frying pan

2.Mash banana well, even put it through a hand/electric food processor if you’d like to make it really smooth and easy to mix into the rice milk & flour. I whisk altogether to make it really smooth consistency.

3.Pour into frying pan and cook. It seems best to make smaller sized pancakes, sort of between pancake and pikelet size.

Enjoy šŸ™‚ I know my kids do. I sometimes add pieces of banana or blueberries in once I pour the pancake into the pan.
