Recipe; thai chicken patties – dairy free, egg free , soy free, gluten free, wheat free

500 grams chicken breast or chicken mince
3 spring onions – diced
1 tablespoon Ayam fish sauce
1 garlic glove (optional)
1 tablespoon of dried or fresh coriander (if you purchase dried be sure to check the pack for allergens)
1 tablespoon of dried or fresh mint (again check the pack) Fresh is preferable
2 tablespoons of Coles own brand sweet chilli sauce:
3 teaspoons of orgran plain flour or rice flour: /

1. Mix all of the above ingredients in a food processor until combined.

2. Roll into small balls and shallow fry.

3. Serve with rice or quinoa, vegetables and some additional sweet chilli sauce.
