Recipe; Lamb koftas – Dairy,Egg,Soy,Wheat & Gluten free

Lamb Koftas

These are so easy and so yum they are great served with salad or veggies.

500grams lamb mince
1 small brown onion – diced finely
2 cloves garlic – diced finely
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried cumin
1 tablespoon dried coriander
2 tablespoons Woolworths gluten free plain flour or Orgran plain flour (from Coles)

Please note I used Coles own brand pre packaged herbs – most of these seem to be free from allergens/traces of allergens and I hate paying $3+ per sachet of fresh herbs so I find the dried ones easy to keep on hand until I have some time to build a herb garden 😛

1. Add all ingredients to your food processor and blitz for 1 minute
2. Roll into sausages and onto skewers
3. Shallow fry in olive oil
